Located in Florala, Alabama.
She has been used as an airbnb for a year now. You can see the listing on airbnb site for Florala, Al.
However, we must sell her, as we are selling our home, due to family health issues.
After sale, The airstream has been under the cover, as shown in the pictures, since we brought her home in 2018. However, as of 12/5/23 , we have moved her out so that she can be sold and shown that she is road worthy. We have owned her for 6 years and had over 8 thousands dollars worth of work done before remodel! Was remodel last year in 2022, including new flooring, any bad decking replaced, upgraded to true queen size bed, with pillow top mattress, new on damand lp water heater and new roof top ac/heat, 6 new tires now with only 75 miles on them. ( see photos for invoices with complete list of repairs) . She had a 45 point inspection done in 2018 and all repairs done by Adventure RV in Freeport, Fl.
This is a gem!! Including mother of pearl backsplash and granite dinning area. All awnings or in excellent shape!
Comes fully stocked with dishes, and pots and flatware, all furniture seen in pictures, lamps with USB charging ports, hot water kettle, coffee pot and canisters, cooking utensils, bedding ,towels, ect. Everything that was used for airbnb guest.
Some things to know……
1. There is a dent in front top of airstream. Can only see from top. About the size of a small football. No structural damage at all.
2. Icemaker works as far as we know, but needs to be hooked back to water lines.
3. Hot water Dispenser was removed, but water tap is still in place in sink area. Can install new one if wanted to. We chose not to because we were using her as an airbnb for the last year.
4. Refrigerator is eletric only. But you can use a solar or gas generator to run, or replace with an lp one if you plan to use her off grid.
5, one light in hall needs replacing, however most of the overhead lights have been replaced already with led lights.
6, cabinet locks have been removed, but can install new magnetic ones if you plan alot of road travel.
7. Roof fan covers need new plastic gears replaced, to be able to open by handles. We just manually push it open now. A renter did not unlock the handle before trying to open and broke the handle gear. Easy fix .
8. Door lock is hard to turn, may just need lubricant, we are checking in that now.
9. she will require new batteries, as we did not get new ones because she was connected to land power.
