All three propane heaters work nicely
The hot water heater uses propane or engine coolant for heating. I have never run out of hot water. The portable water tank is 80 gallons. The fuel tank is 80 gallons. The propane tank is 120 pound tank. The refrigerator freezer works on the generator house power or propane freezer keeps the ice cold and refrigerator keeps the food chilled.
There are two flatscreen TVs one in the bedroom, one in the living room. since July 2023 there is a list of the items serviced repaired or replaced. I have the receipts.

Front wheel spindle bearings repacked seals replaced. Differential axleBearings, seals replaced rear differential fluid replaced. Replaced tag axle brake shoes replaced magnets and controller. Replaced transmission . replaced transmission filter annd fluid. Engine replaced with Jasper remanufactured engine with three year warranty,
Reupholstered sleeper sofa, barrel, chairs, and dining dinette seating. Bathroom exhaust fan replaced. Step motor replaced.
