Everything works except the stove/cooktop (we’ve used an induction hotplate included) and the fridge only works on AC. We’ve upgraded the microwave to a 3 in 1 micro/oven/air fryer, new window coverings, new foam and upholstered the pull out couch.
Newer flooring, new air conditioner, 2 30# aluminum propane tanks, 6 gallon gas water heater.
