Airstream is in Lawrenceburg, TN.
It has been kept indoors for most of its life, except for vacations and some light travel. We never traveled with it, as it was used under an awning while building our permanent home. In our 3 year experience all appliances work and there are NO existing appliances or functional items with any issues. We haven’t used the gas stove, but have left it alone and intact. We bought this trailer for a temporary family housing and no longer require it as we are moved into our new house.
Exterior :
Exterior is in good condition.
Clear coat is as expected for a 30 year old camper. There is only slight dings and some scratches for this unit’s age.
The window and exterior seals are at least 10 years old and no existing leaks have been noticed. For 3 months It has remained outside without any issues.
There are no issues with either airstream awning. The larger awning was never used as this trailer remained under our concrete awning for at least 90% of the time.
The door screen is aging a bit and could possibly need some rework within the next year and a half.
All windows are in a good condition with no scratches or imperfections.
Both batteries are at least 3 years old and have nicely held their charge.
the solar system is solid and has charged our batteries to 100%, even under the awning.
General interior :
8 year old solid hardwood floor (sub floor is in good condition)
Front window trims are good and holding up well.
New paint in the kitchen. All colors are light. The original 1990 style curtains are are gone. We replaced with medium to light blue with a light background. The unit itself is very well insulated as we lived in it for 1.5 years. The walls still contain the original material. It has become slightly darkened, but only cosmetically speaking. They are very functional and warm in the winter. In fact, we purchased $3300.00 of airskirts for winter dwelling, which for us worked out quite well. The underneath is sealed very well for maximum comfort and durability. ALL of the lights are solid and work well.
Any Negatives:
Our intention was to live in the unit until our house was complete. We didn’t spend a great deal of time adding additional modernizations and add-ons. That being said, EVERYTHING within the unit served us well without ANY real problems. New light fixers actually were added to the bedroom. The bedspace is setup for an RV Queen size bed. The bedroom is a little darkened, but only cosmetically as this particular room has never been painted. It is setup for TV and stereo. The LED lights in the bathroom will need to be added. I took them out to replace, but I never did as we moved into our new house. The electrical is fine and does work. the sink is original and could use an upgrade. No functional issues.
Living room:
Sofa exterior is in solid brown leather condition.
All of the original manuals are with the camper.
Dinette :
Cushions are solid with no real issues.

Everything works with no real cosmetic defects. One thought, the AC return has a 3 inch plastic cover missing.
