1996 Airstream Classic Excella **wide body**. If you aren’t familiar with airstreams the wide body was a special order.

This camper has had the struts replaced two months ago.
Toilet, tires, batteries, wire harness (to truck) replaced May 22′
The break system and microwave was replaced about two years ago.

The 90s airstreams had a clear coat that always peals. This camper was professionally polished. Not typical on the newer campers. Gives it a vintage feel. Looks awesome at camp grounds!

I am our club president and the camper is currently registered in the vintage club.
I pull this with a GMC Sierra 1500 that has the air shock package. Pulls very easily. If I didn’t have the package it would be on the max once loaded up with gear. I am including the Blue Ox sway/weight distribution hitch with the camper. $875 kit. As well as many camping accessories. ie hoses, tire chocks, cables, tool kits. Basically hundreds of dollars you’d have to go out and spend. I’ll even include some interior airstream specific accessories.

The camper has the original refrigerator (works great) and the original heat pump AC unit. You want the original fridge because they don’t make the propane/battery/electric combo anymore. Has propane heat, but you’ll burn up bottles in a weekend. The heat pump works great. AC works great. Water heater has a propane AND “hot rod” electric combo. Heats up super fast.

This camper has a queen size bed. It’s the same width as a normal queen, but is 4″ shorter I believe. Regular queen sheets fit fine. The camper has the original airstream beach chairs that hide in the wall! I’m a bigger gal and the shower accommodates nicely. Not like many other campers out there where you feel claustrophobic.

I am currently removing sticky from the ceiling in the bedroom. The original leather vinyl ceiling was coming down. It will be a polished metal like new modern airstreams have. I’ve also replaced all the interior lights with matching LED’s.

I’m using the photos from the dealership when I bought it. It’s been super rainy here the last couple of weeks. I haven’t been about to pull it out to take new pics. Condition is the same. No major dents or dings. It’s not 100% perfect on the exterior, but looks pretty good. The front window shield has been fixed. Picture shows it still warped.

Please let me know if you have questions.
