This beast is built on the 1-ton Ford E350 van with the powerful and reliable 6.8L V10. It has less than 70k miles and this year got new plugs and wires, and the transmission was just rebuilt with heavy duty parts, deep transmission pan and upgraded cooler. It drives straight as an arrow even going 75mph+ on freeways, and just eats up dirt roads.

It’s been converted to 4×4 with a UJoint 6” lift with 35” BFG KO2s and Method wheels on a custom Dana 60 with upgraded Ford F450 rotors, Warn Heavy Duty hubs and 35 spline drive shafts. It has a custom Sterling 10.5” rear axle with a Ford factory locker and huge disc brakes. It has remote-resi Fox shocks on each corner and dual Fox shocks up front. It also has the UJoint Overload Airbag kit in the rear for those times when you’re fully loaded AND towing up to 10k lbs. This van does it all.

It has two showers with plenty of hot (6 gal) and cold (22 gal) water. One shower inside with wrap-around curtain, and one out back. The Dometic toilet is new and it has massive grey and black water tanks that are heated when you’re running the Webasto gas-powered heater in the winter. This thing makes a killer ski rig.

There’s a MaxxAir fan and 12V Dometic RTX2000 A/C that replaced the original old-school Coleman, and can run off the battery bank all day (or night). It has a new super-efficient Vitrifrigo 12V fridge with freezer section, and there’s so much storage you’ll run out of things to carry around.

The van also has a four-burner propane stove with oven, and is ready for a microwave if that’s your thing

The van has 400AH of lithium power, 400W of solar on the roof, a REDARC Manager 30 and the Rogue TVMS System which is the heart of the electrical system and can be controlled with an app on your phone. Two REDARC screens give you all of the information you need including state of charge, solar input, current usage and much more. The screen next to the driver controls all of the lights, rear locker and could be configured to control just about anything else you want. It also gives you internal and external temperature.

It’s got a massive Fiamma awning, and the rear Owl Vans locking storage box with shelf meets all of the outdoor storage needs.

The van sleeps four, two on the jackknife sofa and two more on the top bunk which has been extended to fit adults. A bamboo table top on a Lagun mount gives you the perfect place to work, eat and relax.

It has a hitch in front for carrying extra gear integrated into the front UJoint FB003 bumper which also houses a 12,000lb Warn winch with synthetic line. Up front are two Baja Designs LP9 Pros, six Baja Designs Squadrons (two amber, two spot, two flood) and two Baja Designs S1 podss ditch lights. You can turn night time into day with the push of a button.

The rear Aluminess bumper has internal locking storage for jacks, cables, hoses, etc, and supports a full-size spare tire.

Llumar ceramic IR-blocking tint was just installed on the windshield and all Ford OEM windows for driving comfort, and the front seats were recently replaced with late-model leather seats from Ford. Keep reading below for more details.
