1998 Excella Wide Body, split rear bedroom, fold out sofa in front. New HVAC, new batteries, two year old tires with excellent tread, all new hardware and fixtures, new floor. No leaks, no rot, ready for spring time adventures! Selling because we are not retired and are not using as we thought. Only issue are shroud around one fantastic fan needs replacing and both bathroom roof vent fans do not work
