This 30 foot 1998 Airstream Excella 1000 was bought new by us in 1999. It has been lightly used – three winters in Florida and occasional weekly trips. The interior is original and in good condition with the exception of new curtains on the front window. It has a rear queen bed, a dinette, and a mid-trailer bath and shower – all in good condition. The front sofa opens to a queen bed. The Dometic air-conditioner with heat pump is brand new. The toilet and fantastic fan have been recently replaced. All other appliances are original and work very well. The entire floor is covered with a beige carpet making it very comfortable. The exterior has some peeling of the finish on the upper half, and the roof has nut dings and several dents from oak and hickory branches. The radio antenna is broken. The trailer has a large awning on the curbside, 2 awnings on the streetside and an awning over the back window of the queen bedroom – all in good condition. It tows beautifully, the Reese cam lock sway control. weight distribution, fully adjustable hitch is included in the price. The tires are old and should be replaced.
