This trailer has been updated with teak flooring, stainless counter tops, and new upholstery in 2010. The trailer has been winterized and covered with a tarp every winter. Primary use has been as an employee office and meeting space on an organic farm over the past 20 years. While it has been moved around the farm every year for winter storage it has not been on the road during this time. Road readiness would have to be determined by the buyer.
