I am the fourth owner of the trailer and all major renovations have been done in the past two years. A full list of updates can be found below. Please keep in mind that the trailer is 23 years old and has been lived in for many years. The exterior shows some cosmetic wear. Notably, the steps are missing (a footstool replaces them), cosmetic damage around one of the wheel wells from the previous owner, and other blemishes can be found throughout. The clear coat is entirely removed and the rig is ready for polishing should the next owner prefer that look. Other than the above cosmetic damage, the rig is in excellent condition and ready for many more years of traveling and/or full time living.
