Reason for Selling: We purchased a longer A/S. No Pets. Non Smokers. No Leaks. Floor is Solid. Kept in enclosed shed when not in use. Everything works except exhaust fan over stove. Some dings in left rear exterior corner. Trailer has normal wear. This was the last year (1999) that A/S put the the plasti-cote on the exterior. Note exterior pictures.
