This Excella 1000 has 1000 total miles on it. It was driven 500 miles after being purchased in ’99 and stored in a barn for 20 years unused. We purchased it in 2020 as a shelter to rebuild our home lost in the Creek Fire in California. That being accomplished. it’s time to let it go. The interior is like new. New tires and bearings in 2020. It has the heavy duty sway bar tow hitch, and two recertified aluminum 7 gallon propane tanks. Awnings are like new, mostly unused. It even has the two original Airstream folding chairs. Now the reason for the price: The trailer was grazed by a falling tree last winter. All cosmetic damage, but not the absolutely beautiful trailer it was. See photos. Here are also a few items of concern. It needs two batteries, service on the furnace, a 2′ propane hose, has a slight leak at the gray water valve and the Dometic fan above the bed has never worked. There are no leaks.
