This is in very good shape. Has been kept up very well. 85,000 original miles. Gm 454 gas engine. It gets 16, to17 miles to the gallon. Just had brand new pads, calipers, rotors, and tires, put all the way around. The awning is in wonderful shape. Very stable, handles very well. This thing is road ready. Auto leveling system, Generator, Air conditioners, and heat all work. Upgraded Queen size mattress, very comfortable.
