2000 Excella 28-A Twin One Owner. Used for 4 winters. Towed to West Coast twice and Florida twice. Washed and waxed yearly. Looks great inside and out. Tires look good and have been protected from the sun at all times.

We had minor damage to lower right front aluminum panel and took the trailer directly to factory in Jackson Center where they did a wonderful job replacing it.. Hot Water Heater and Shower never used. Awning only opened once. AC does seem to want to work. We just installed a brand new battery.

This trailer is great inside and out. We kept it all these years thinking we would set it up as a guest cottage or Air BnB, which never happened/ . Now both of us will be 85 this fall and intend to go into assisted living. It’s time for someone else to enjoy this top-end trailer.

Note: We have a 1996 Suburban that we towed with. It is a 3/4 ton. with a 454 engine and 2 wheel drive, 410 rear-end. It is a “Work truck” version with plain inside and bench seat. It has been sitting since 2017 and started regularly. Given a decent offer I would consider including selling it with the trailer.
