Purchased from original owner in 2017. Replaced carpet with vinyl plank flooring in 2018. Replaced front windows in 2018. Replaced jackknife sofa with power reclining leather loveseat in 2018. Replaced both axles in 2018. Had all windows resealed in 2018. Replaced rain sensor vent/fan in Master in 2018. Replaced the furnace blower in 2022. Trailer has a few rock dings on the front from towing. Curtains have been removed and washed. There are a few water stains on them that did not wash out but they are in good shape. It pulls like a dream. Everything works great. We lived in it full time for 18 months while our house was being built. It has since been stored in the garage. We are finding we just aren’t using it enough to keep.
