Land Yacht Class A motorhome. 63,000 miles. All services have been performed and documented with receipts. Runs great. GM 8.1 gas V-8. Tires are DOT dated 07/2020 and show no wear. New engine battery and house batteries are dated 2019 and are in great shape. This is a 70th anniversary edition with all leather furniture (sofa and swivel chair as well as captain’s chairs). 4 awnings, all in excellent condition. Refrigerator main PC board replaced with a Dinosaur unit last year. All appliances and A/C work as they should. The RV has an Onan Marquis 5500 watt generator, leveling jacks and an electric brake controller with 7 pin round and 4 pin connector. I have a video of the generator running if interested. All graphics are painted, so they will not fade or crack over time as decal graphics do.

The wiring system is 30 amp and the RV has a bedroom AC unit as well as a main cabin unit. We always used the main cabin unit and it cooled the entire RV well. It has a 6 gallon water heater than runs on propane, electricity and also from engine coolant via a heat exchanger in the water heater tank. The refrigerator has a separate freezer and is ideal for long trips. It runs on propane and AC from either shore power or the generator. The microwave is also a convection oven and the RV has a 3 burner cooktop. There are 2 TVs, one in the dining are and one in the bedroom. A DVD player is included.

Everything in this RV works and over $6,500 was spent since 2020 restoring this Land Yacht. All receipts and a log book showing mileage, date and what was repaired/replaced will be included with the sale.
