Life has changing seasons and soon I will be turning 72. Since my health is declining, the time has come for us to say goodby to “Our Humble Abode” which we have so thoroughly enjoyed. This beauty is a rare 2001 Excella Limited, 34 feet long. We are including our Eaz Lift hitch, which is rated at 15,000 pounds. It is more than adequate for safe towing. She tows smooth and easy. We had her serviced at Tampa Bay Airstream before our last trip to the Amana Colonies in Iowa. We spend $9,000.00. Today installed seven new Goodyear Endurance tires, which includes a new spare tire. The leather chairs are original, and amazingly comfortable. Two matching footstools are included. It is awesome to sit and watch the sun rise looking out the large windows in the front of the trailer sitting comfortably. Or turn them around and watch TV, or read, or…. She has two A/C units. The rear bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with a TV. In the hallway you will love the large, wood lined closet that has full length mirrors on the sliding doors. The shower is larger than many others you will find. The kitchen has double sinks and gas stove. The refrigerator with freezer is large for an RV. The overhead lights throughout were updated to LEDs by Tampa Bay Airstream. The propane tanks are aluminum. The radio with speakers throughout sounds awesome. There are three rear view cameras, one on each rear side marker light and one located in the rear top marker lights. The screen monitor is included to mount on your tow vehicle windshield. The blue awnings are in great shape. The two RV/Marine batteries are recent upgrades. Today, I purchased a new 50-amp surge protector to be included: POWER WATCHDOG, model # PWD50-EPO. We are including such things as water hoses and various other items that we found to be helpful. She is ready to go when you are. The owner’s manual is included along with various Airstream books with helpful advice. She is a lovely Airstream.
