2001 30’ Excella. 75th anniversary edition. Second owner but, only made one trip in her and discovered that hubby and I are not campers. Beautiful condition. One whiskey bump along driver’s side where first owner scraped a pole at a gas station. No puncture, just cosmetic. Just had her gone over by very reputable Airstream repair shop here in Houston. Totally checked for leaks and soft spots. Had everything repaired. Some window gaskets were replaced. Had smoke test done. Back cargo door repaired no leaks. One floor soft spot repaired and replaced. Awnings all the way around, Fridge is three years old, microwave convection over about three years old. 13,500 btu a/c with heat pump..wall controls. Two skylights. Two fantastic fans. Shower across hall from toilet area. Oak cabinets, original decor. Ready to hit the road. Queen bed in back with storage underneath. Sleeps 6. About 7600 tow weight.
