This is a Classic model with slide out. Original owner wanting to sale as not been using it for a number of years. Very few highway miles towed less than 1,000 miles.. Has been parked in my parking lot for 15 years and not used. Needs some repair work and selling it as is. Back bedroom sub floor needs replacing. Have replaced entry floor that was rotten and cleaned unit inside and out. Were some roof leaks and have fixed those. Replaced skylights and trim kits. Trailer is in overall excellent condition with no body damage and very clean. Rear storage compartment door needs to be replaced as damaged it backing into my driveway. Needs new tires. Furnace works correctly. Needs new floor coverings, upholstery should be replaced on dinette chairs. AC needs regular service but works. Needs new mattress for master bed. All appliances work and in excellent condition. Awnings in like new condition.
