We purchased the Bambi new, in 2003 to use as a spare bedroom while restoring our 100 year old farmhouse. Later it was occasionally as a guestroom on the property. The Bambi has only been pulled 100 miles, from the Bill Thomas Airstream Dealership in Wentzville Missouri to our property in Pomona Illinois. The Bambi exhibits typical signs of it’s age, and needs minor work. The rear window and the window in the door need to be replaced. We have the rear window. The roof skylight vent covers need to be replaced. The original tires, that only had 100 miles on them, were recently replaced. The furnace, water heater, and stove were rarely used. The toilet was upgraded to porcelain. The shower drain needs to be replaced. This Airstream needs a bit of work, a bit of love, but is in very sound shape overall. Thank you for your interest.
