Exterior Condition Description: Very good condition with some very minor cosmetic flaws due to normal wear and age. Some superficial scratches and dents and a few areas of minor top coat flaws. Tire came off and damaged wheel well, but was professionally repaired by a certified Airstream dealer.

Interior Layout / Sleeping Areas: Queen bed and front jackknife sofa. Dinette can be pulled together to sleep one one.

Interior Condition Description: Like new condition. Updated painted cabinets with metal inserts in kitchen. Corian counter surfaces. Updated bathroom. Reupholstered sofa and half dinette seating. Front sofa, center bath with shower on curbside and toilet and sink on street side, two wood pocket doors separate the bedroom and living room.

Sub Floor and Floor Coverings: All original flooring removed and LVP with cork backing installed. Subfloor in excellent condition.
