Please Serious Inquiries Only
Super clean & rare Bambi 16 Airstream limited-edition model features the beautifully constructed and extremely functional “CCD” interior designed by Christopher C. Deam. This is the designer, high-end edition with highly desirable front and rear rounded panoramic windows, very large lighted overhead cabinets, polished aluminum interior walls, recessed lighting, European appliances, designer furniture. Interior is like new, no smells, no pets, no smoking.
In the front of the trailer is a booth style dinette, which converts to a double bed, with large, well-lit cabinets directly above. On the right is the bathroom with shower/toilet, overhead vent fan. The kitchen is adjacent and includes a sink with drinking water filter, a 2-burner stovetop with exhaust hood, a combination gas/electric refrigerator and two storage cabinets above. At the rear of the trailer, the bedroom area has double bed, overhead and under-bed storage cabinets, a retractable privacy screen, and off grid power.
It has carbon monoxide, smoke and propane gas alarms as well as a fire extinguisher. The propane furnace will keep the trailer warm even in freezing weather and powered overhead vents can cool the interior in warm weather. The rooftop HVAC unit will provide heat or AC as needed.
A monitor panel shows the remaining capacity in the 23 gallon fresh, the 21 gallon gray and 18 gallon black tanks. A propane water heater provides hot water for showers and sinks. Outside there’s a power tongue jack, propane tank, outside shower and lockable storage compartments. The trailer hitch assembly includes a load leveling weight distribution system.
The exterior is also in excellent condition. It tows and maneuvers wonderfully, very lightweight at 2785lbs., it can be towed with most SUV’s. Tires, wheels and brakes are in excellent condition.
Why are we selling it? My family has treated this Bambi more like a work of art than a utility camper. We’ve loved and maintained it but haven’t had the time to actually use it, so it’s time to let it go.
All systems have been maintained and are in good working order. It’s ready to go camping!
