This is a great camper. Loaded with options.
Outside is in near perfect condition. With just a couple minor dings. I would rate a 9/10.
Interior is in great condition. Minus carpet. Removed carpet temporary foam padding was put in its place. Carpet was removed because it was cream colored and very hard to keep clean.
Upholstery is in great shape. Bench seating at dinette replaced with high density foam. Sleeper/sofa also has new foam and reupholstered (addition upholstery material goes with camper)
Pleated curtains, removed, and retained, installed foam in the windows to reduce transfer of heat and cold.
It has In frequently used gas cook top and microwave/ convection oven(replaced). Most meals prepared outside grill.
15,000 btu air conditioning, 30000 btu heater (serviced)12 gallon Gas/ electric water heater (replaced) 2 rooftop fantastic fans, 2 skylights(replaced) gas/ electric refrigerator freezer(replaced).
Black water tank triple rinsed after each use.
Awnings (slide awning replaced also have new spare) both are in great shape.
