This is an International CCD Christopher Deem Edition, 25′, very spacious and in great shape. We used this as a bunkhouse at our desert property. Had regular professional cleanings and maintenance. It is ready to tow and use!

Currently located in Joshua Tree California, may move it to Bay Area if that suits buyer.

– Head clean and functioning (toilet has been sealed up for last 3 years, we had a porto potty on site)

– Underside in good shape

Flaws:
– Some corrosion around upper seam/rivets as pictured
– a few small dents as pictured
– wear and tear on sofa unit
– a few cabinet hinges could use aligning
– currently has no shades
