It needs some flooring work. If it were me, I’d pull the tiles, figure out where the floor needs repair, and go in with linoleum sheeting.

AC is basically on its way out. It worked last time but had a slight knock and needs a new cover. It’s still “working” as far as I know. I just wanted to be transparent in that it either needs repair or replacement.

Back passenger panel needs replacement unless you were to cover it. It has a dent/rip about 12” that I fixed with foil tape.

The furnace nor water heater never had any issues when in use.

A leak needs to be tracked down, I’m assuming it’s coming from the ac area after the cover was blown off. It has stained the mouse fur by the door and my guess is the reason for the soft spot in the floor there.

The shower door has never stayed on properly. I would replace with a different solution than a glass door if it were me.

We took out the dinette to make room for a crib while traveling with the baby.
We do not still have the dinette.

Otherwise it’s in good shape.
