I m looking to part ways with this beauty. It is in very good condition with just a couple of cosmetic scratches in the coating. It has some minor wear amp; tear, along with a few small dents amp; scratches on the exterior. The largest scratch is by the entrance, however, it should be able to be buffed out and removed.

Length: 28 ft really 27 9 bumper to hitch .

Weight: has a UVW empty weight of only 5794 pounds. GVWR total allowable weight is 7300.

Towing: I tow with an F 150 that has a 3.5 L V6 ecoboost.

Floor plan: was a rare 6 Sleeper model now 4 sleeper with dinette removed and custom desk in . This trailer has the front “lounge” option and rear Queen “walk around” 75″ x 60″ bed. The lounge converts into a good size bed 82″ x 47″ that sleeps 2 adults. Split bathroom option, so the toilet, sink and vanity are on one side of the hall, and the shower is on the other which is really convenient if there’s more than one of you and has a mirrored closet next to the shower, with two smaller wardrobes on either side of the bed.

The desk was built by myself and a friend to maximize space and offer a solution to work from the trailer. The sides are not finished and can be customized to be shelving or drawers depending on your preference.

I had a safety inspection done in August at Airstream Orange County. All systems are safe, and all appliances were found to be in great condition.

The RV had some renovation from a previous owner. They removed the factory dining table and installed a custom desk which has been redone by myself . They also replaced the flooring.

The AC is the original unit and still works very well, the refrigerator is a two way unit that runs on electricity and LP.

The microwave and two tv sets are included.

I have a lot of accessories included that will get you up and running. Such as an equalizer system with sway bars and tow hitch, new hoses, water filters, tire chocks, and more.

I made other changes including repainting the interior and replacing the wheels and tires with brand new wheels and tires purchased in September 2020 .

This is a great camper, everything works well.
