Recently purchased but sadly now have to sell. My wife suffered a brain injury and for several reasons we can no longer keep it. This redone Classic has maintenance records from day one of ownership by the previous owners who purchased new in 2005. Last summer the tires (DOT 03/21), bearings, and shocks were done. Two summers ago the fridge was replaced with a brand new model year 2019 Domestic Gas/Electric fridge that works spectacular. When we purchased on July 8th, we got right to work renovating the interior to include custom U-shaped couch that turns into a oversized queen bed, removing the dinette and putting in cabinets and countertop to add tons of storage and prep space or space for ice makers or espresso machines. The bath has been given a facelift with peel and stick wallpaper (easy install and even easier to remove when you want to change up the style!), peel and stick faux tile, and new shower head. The floors in the bath/kitchen/living area is Lifeproof LVP wood look with texture (to minimize slipping and give a more comfortable feel underfoot) that is pet proof, waterproof, and easy to care for. The couch also features massive amounts of storage potential and/or room for 4-6 lithium batteries and all the accompanying parts to install solar when the time comes. We had planned on that as well, so we could boondock for days, but hadn’t gotten to it till now. Valances and curtains were removed and replaced with custom blackout curtains in the living area.

We aren’t looking to make a profit, we just need to break even (after the thousands spent on supplies) after the renovations. Thank you for looking!
