One owner 2005 31 foot Classic, used approximately one to two weeks each summer in Oregon and Washington only. The owner, a good friend of mine, passed away two years ago, and I am helping his wife sell the trailer. My wife and I also travelled with them a number of times, so I am very familiar with the trailer. It is in very good condition with one slight depression on driver side behind rear bedroom window (see photo), caused by owner scraping against something when backing in. Comes with the original bedspread (not shown in photo) that matches the bedroom window valances, as well as weight distribution hitch. The original documents that came with the trailer list the following “options” – Two skylights with shade covers, Upgraded 15000 A/C with Heat Pump, New Audio-Video Upgrade Package, New “Remote” Generator Prep, Large Upgraded 10 CF Refrigerator, Ultra Leather Buff Jack Knife Sofa, New Solar Charging System with Glassmat Battery. According to the wife, she seldom used the cooktop, because they normally cooked outside, and she recalls using the oven only once.
