One owner and gently used. We only camped around Texas while raising our kids. It’s in very good condition, always parked inside my garage and maintained well. Sleeps 4, gas oven, 2 heaters (electric and gas), water heater works fast, air conditioner cold, fresh water never used. It has 2 big propane tanks and 2 batteries for boondocking. Awning works well too. Tows easy and we never had a problem camping in it. It’s ready to get back out on the road.
I’ll throw in blue boy, hoses and everything needed to hitch up.
