Peaches is in incredible condition and has always been kept in a covered spot and was remodeled in Nov 2021 (new laminate wood floors, new quartz counter tops throughout kitchen, lounge area, bedroom and bath, custom sinks in kitchen and bath, new memory foam mattress, custom built seating area, new toilet, etc.). I clean her top to bottom obsessively. She has two solar panels, a large antenna that expands and contracts, and a 39-gallon tank for water, great for boon-docking. Everything you see in the pictures (two flat-screen TVs, all rugs, hoses, blocks, connectors, hitch and sway bars, etc.) is included in the price! Gas stove top and oven, microwave pulls out from the cabinet. The bed is a short queen.

We didn’t use her as much as we thought we would so testing on the market and seeing what she’ll go for.
