This is a 2006 Classic 30’ RBQ that we had renovated by A & P Vintage Trailers in Paradise, TX in 2021. We replaced the Dometic air conditioner in 2020, with a soft start added, and installed two new MaxAir fans. And yes, she has an electric fireplace! Appraised at $79 K by James Polk, and the appraisal is available for you to review upon request. Last year, after the appraisal, we replaced the axles, had her lifted 3”, and did a complete brake job, She has one small dent on the very top (invisible from the ground) where a previous owner leaned on the wrong spot. She will come with her less than 2-year-old Blue Ox hitch, cords, hoses, Ruggable Rugs, and anything we have a duplicate of that you might need.
