I bought this 2008 23D Airstream International CCD brand new. It has been lovingly lived in by me. No pets, no kids, no smoking. All appliances are in excellent working condition. A custom desk in place of the original pull-out sofa, solar panels with 380 total watts and a charge controller and pure sine wave inverter, and external cellular/Wi-Fi antennas were installed. The original mattress was replaced with a comfortable 12-inch custom memory foam mattress. A custom wood cutting board/sink cover replaced the original. All hoses, adapters, a BBQ grill, and an Equal-i-zer hitch are included. There is currently no TV but the original wall mount is still installed. I will include a DISH Wally HD Satellite Receiver and DISH Playmaker Portable Satellite Antenna. Somewhat recent Goodyear Endurance Load Range D tires are in good shape.

The interior fresh water hose/connector to the toilet will need to be replaced. The exterior front rock guards show some dents, the exterior front windows have some small cracks from rocks, and the fresh water tank has a superficial indentation (all due to Alaska!). There is some minor oxidation starting to occur on the exterior. The rear axle is a replacement; I let the wheel bearing go too long in the very beginning and it ate the spindle! I am hoping to sell it to someone who will care for it as I have done. It is perfect for an ADU or extra office space on your property. It is also ready to roll for your next camping trip.
