We purchased this trailer in 2015 and we are the second owners. Since we’ve had it we’ve made the following upgrades:

16″ wheels 2016 (tows like a dream)
Maxim Skylight 2016 (far more durable than the original)
Driver side awning 2017 (keeps the fridge and windows shaded)
Upgraded all interior bulbs to LED (sips battery when boondocking)
Upgraded all window coverings to Ocean Air (so much nicer than the aluminum ones – which we still have and go with the trailer if desired)
New water pump 2017
New propane regulator 2019
New microwave 2019
New LP sensor 2021
New front Fantastic Fan 2021 (with two remotes)
New bathroom exhaust fan 2021
New antenna handle assembly 2021
New propane tanks 2021 (good for 10 years)
New smart charge controller 2022 (won’t overcharge batteries)

There are no leaks and no subfloor issues. Some reseal work has been completed recently and most sealing has been done within the last 2-3 years. This trailer has some minor filliform on the exterior that was found and arrested in early 2015. There are some minor imperfections on the exterior, but there has been no major damage or replacement of any of the panels and the interior is near perfect. I have a bunch of extra goodies to go with the trailer to get you started (weight distribution hitch, xchocks, levelers, hoses, etc.).
