This trailer has been exceptionally well-preserved and has fewer than 2,000 lifetime towing miles on it. We purchased it from a close friend—an ER doctor who used it exclusively as a quiet, stationary retreat at the hospital—and it has since been carefully stored on our private property. Because it has bypassed the typical wear and tear of extensive highway travel, the structural integrity, frame, and aluminum shell are in fantastic shape.

We have just completed an extensive, top-to-bottom detailing and refreshment, and she is ready for her next grand adventure.

Recent Restorations & Detailing (Completed 2026):
• Exterior: Completely cleaned, hand-washed, and shined using certified Airstream-approved practices. The aluminum shell looks stunning.
• Interior Deep Clean: The entire interior has been professionally steam-cleaned and detailed. It is exceptionally clean and odor-free.
• Windows & Ventilation: Brand new screens installed on all windows and overhead fans to ensure perfect, breezy airflow.
• Sleeping Quarters: Features a brand-new, premium custom-made Eddie Bauer mattress tailored perfectly to the Bambi’s curved floor plan.
• Original Appeal: The original upholstery is intact, beautifully preserved, and in excellent condition.

Systems & Mechanicals:
• Appliances & Tech: Fridge, cooktop, AC, fans, plumbing, and electrical systems are all tested and working great.
• Chassis: Rides on its original wheels and tires. Note: Because of its incredibly low mileage and time spent in stationary storage, we have not done a full internal mechanical system service; we recommend a standard axle/tire inspection before embarking on a major cross-country road trip.
• The Heater: In the spirit of total transparency, the built-in furnace heater is currently non-functioning (it was inoperable when the previous owner purchased it in 2010). Because it has always been used as a peaceful stationary retreat, a simple space heater has always done the job beautifully.
