Looking for a small Airstream with a GREAT layout? This LOADED 2009 23′ Airstream Flying Cloud 23CNB has one of the best floor plans, is small enough to get into the National Parks, but big enough to be comfortable, and has the safety & security of being a double axle. This little coach is absolutely stunning, and to call it clean is definitely an understatement. It has been used very little, meticulously maintained by its retired owners, and was stored under cover in TX most of its life. The unique and modern interior (front lounge has been updated to have a bit more of a western look, reupholstered in a variegated distressed microsuede that looks much better in person than in pictures), Front Panoramic Windows, recessed lighting, and polished aluminum walls make this amazing little Airstream seem more like a work of art than a travel trailer. Gets a LOT of attention and you’ll be very popular at the campgrounds- whether you like it or not ; ) This coach is the perfect size if you’d like to visit our National Parks (some have a size limit of 25′) at 23′ 11″ from tongue-to-bumper, you don’t need a massive tow vehicle to pull it, it has the same sleeping capacity of most larger Airstreams (Main/Double bed measures 48″ x 75″, Lounge/Side bed slides out to 44″ x 79″) see pictures for more detail, and it has a LOT of storage. The dining table folds/stores in the large cabinet under the TV, so there’s plenty of seating and room to stretch out without it up, but it makes a larger dining space when it’s in place. Also has a roof-mounted solar panel with “Heliotrope PV” Solar Controller/Monitor and dual “AC Delco” deep cycle batteries. Major service performed at “Camper Clinic II” in TX in 10-19 and included the following upgrades and services: New “Dometic Penguin” low profile AC w/heat pump, new CC2 Thermostat, new “Atwood G6A-8E” water heater, packed bearings, install new/upgraded 3500 power tongue jack, etc.
Airstream thought of just about everything in their smaller trailers, and still kept this one under 4500 pounds so it’s easy to tow with lots of today’s more economical vehicles, no need for a big gas-guzzler to tow this little beauty. This trailer is about as well-optioned as they come, but also has some nice upgrades: 2-Way Automatic refrigerator (Electric, LP), Upgraded HD Electric hitch jack, front Stainless Steel Rock Guards, Panoramic windows, Propane Tank Cover, “Fantastic” Vent/Fan w/Rain Sensor, front under-belly mounted spare tire bracket with spare, Heated Tanks, Audio Upgrade Package: LCD TV in living area, Sony AM/FM/CD, XM Ready, Integrated Subwoofer, and 2nd LCD TV in bedroom. The system sounds GREAT, and the TV is on a swivel arm, so it can be viewed from the lounge or the kitchen. 3-Burner cook-top, LP Oven, Microwave Oven, SS Deep-Basin “Steel Queen” kitchen sink. Rolling “Shub” shower door, “Zip Dee” Awning, etc. NON-Smoker owned and NO Pets. “Carlisle Load Range E” tires in late 2017 with very few miles on them. Comes with books, manuals, remotes, etc and is ready to hit the road. There’s a small area where the owner’s had an issue with a tree branch making a deep dent in the aluminum, it doesn’t draw the eye when you’re looking at the trailer, but I have included a large close-up picture of the “repair” they did. The area is just below the right side-marker light, near the upper left of the water heater cover. This is just a cosmetic blemish in the outer aluminum skin, it doesn’t hurt anything, leak, etc. I just wanted to show it close-up so you know it’s there and in my opinion, it may have been better to just leave the tree gouge because the repair isn’t very professional looking, that’s saying it nicely ; ) Again, it doesn’t stand out and is a small area on an Airstream that is otherwise beautiful, with very low road miles and use.

This Airstream is in great condition, but please be realistic- it is NOT a “brand new” coach- there will be little rock dings, and minor imperfections from normal use and going down the highway. Please see previous note and pictures of the tree-branch repair near the water heater door. This Airstream is VERY CLEAN, but if a couple of small imperfections on an 11 year old RV bother you, I’m sorry. I would welcome and recommend that you come see it or have a 3rd party inspection.
