Very clean 27FB in excellent condition. Several items have updated/remodeled including: new carpet&pad in master suite, new bathroom sink faucet and splash, new toilet, new Smart TV with AppleTV, and Upgraded Maxim skylights (2). The two 12v deep cycles batteries have also been replaced recently. There is also a 3” memory foam topper on the queen mattress.

There a few hail dimples on the rooftop. See photos. I am the 2nd owner. Hasn’t been on the road in 2.5yrs.
