Exterior Condition Description:: Needs a bath, and has collected a few tree sap spots. Also, some moss on shaded areas. Stainless steel front guards show small gravel dents.

Roof Vents and Skylights: : Two skylights and two powered vents. All functional.

Exterior Hatch Covers and Locks:: All in place and functional.

Windows, Seals and Operators: : All windows seal and function.

Entrance Door: : No damage. Full sets of keys.

Awnings – Location and Condition:: Original awnings all around. Fabric is faded after 24 years. All fully functional.

Front A-Frame Condition:: No visible rust. Reasonable condition.

Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition:: Rear bumper shows oxidation, but very little rust.

Frame Condition:: Structurally sound. Very small amounts of rust. No known problems.

Sub Floor:: No soft spots.

Belly Pan: : Good condition – not damage.

Interior Layout and Condition:: Well maintained and clean interior. The vinyl floor has a wrinkle near the entrance. One desk drawer has been repaired and has an after factory latch. The 2009 Classic layout has been modified by the Airstream factory to replace the dinette with an office desk, placing the sofa at the back of the unit.

Dinette Style and Location:: The office desk doubles as a dinette.

Bathroom Location and Style:: Center bath with separate shower. All fully functional.

Sleeping Areas?: Twin beds at front. 10 year old lightly used mattresses. No pull-out sofa.

Mattress and Sleeping Surfaces:: Airstream factory curved mattresses. Medium firm and uniform.

Interior Soft Surfaces: – Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:: All original from the Airstream factory. No wear marks at all.

Curtains and Blinds: : Original factory window coverings. Dated, but otherwise good condition and functional.

Interior Walls: : Original walls as delivered by Airstream in 2009.

Cabinets, Doors and Counters: : All in good condition except on draw in the desk. The drawer has been repaired, and uses an after factory latch.

Floor Coverings:: Vinyl floor has a wrinkle near the entrance. The carpet in the bedroom is original and dated, but clean and functional.

Stove and Oven:: Gas stove with four burners and oven below the cook top.

Refrigerator:: Dometic gas/electric.

Furnace / Space Heater:: Forced air gas furnace and separate electric heat pump (also AC).

Other Appliances:: None.

Plumbing – Water Lines, Water Pump:: All original and fully functional.

Hot Water Heater:: Tank heater with both gas and electric. Original factory install.

Sinks and Taps: : Original sinks in good condition.

Toilet:: Excellent condition.

Water Leaks? Water Damage? Mold or Mildew:: Water stain near entry from condensation during cold weather winter camping.

Air Conditioner:: Original AC / heat pump unit. No soft start. 30 amp required.

Solar / Batteries / Inverter / Converter:: Original inverter/charger and 10 year old batteries. The batteries are functional, but will need to be replace if boondocking.

Sound System / WiFi / Connectivity:: Original Airstream installed stereo is a bit temperamental. TV, TV antenna, and booster are in good condition.
