OWNERS DESCRIPTION:

Ownership History: Previous owner was a meticulous mechanic/electrician that put a lot of time and effort into the systems. They were from California and moved to Florida, used the Airstream occasionally in RV parks. We purchased from them in June 2020 during COVID and traveled the west, making many fond memories.

Our airstream is used in very good condition, with many creature comforts including new memory foam mattress, upgraded Wolf stove, solar and battery upgrades. We spent as much time off grid in the trailer as we did at state and national parks with hookups. It is a great trailer and we are sad to see it go, but excited for its next adventures.

Why did you select this model?: In terms of aesthetics, the International Serenity has many many windows and the natural light is awesome. We love the natural ventilation with windows open. The queen bed was also a key factor for us. The 28′ length is a hard to find size due to the maneuverability and comfort inside, it is a great layout. It is easy to tow and very comfortable.

Why are you selling?: We built a tiny home!

Exterior Condition Description:: There is a scratch/small dent on the curb side where the awning unhitched durning a storm The awning center seam was re-stitched Various gravel sized dings on the rock guard Overall, the exterior is in good/very good condition.

Aluminum Body Panels:: All original

Filaform Damage?: Very very minimal around a couple of the LED running lights.

Roof Vents and Skylights: : Two skylights in hallway with shades. The shades have seen plenty of use but are still functional. Two Fantastic Vent remote controlled fans. The front fan operates up and down, but the fan is not spinning via remote – this is a new issue and could be user error, there are lots of settings on the remote. The rear fan is fully functional but the rain sensor is very sensitive, FYI.

Exterior Hatch Covers and Locks:: All are in place with keys. The trunk hatch has two locks, one works fine, the other is finicky.

Windows, Seals and Operators: : All fully functional, operable with screens.
Entrance Door: : Entrance door has an aftermarket bluetooth deadbolt installed with key. Also the original key. The door works fine but if it does not swing close under its weight, it needs a final push to close fully.

Awnings – Location and Condition:: Three matching awnings. Manual. All work great. The large curbside awning had a seam come apart, which has been re-stitched. Fabric is fine otherwise.

Front A-Frame Condition:: Good condition

Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition:: Good condition, structurally sound, able to stand on it

Frame Condition:: Yes frame is structurally sound.

Sub Floor:: Good condition. No soft spots, holes, etc.

Belly Pan: : Original belly pan and no issues.

Interior Layout and Condition:: Interior is in very good condition, leather seats and surfaces are in good shape. The couch converts to a bed, the dinette converts to a bed, without any issues. Sink, counter and gas stovetop are all in great shape. The stock oven was upgraded with a Wolf brand electric mini-oven that is large enough to cook a pizza and very functional. The original glass shower door was removed and replaced with a shower curtain. Rear queen bed walkaround layout (not crawlover) with brand new, never used mattress. Storage cabinets on either side of bed and above head of bed with LED reading lights.
Dinette Style and Location:: Fold down dinette table on curb side of trailer (to the left when you enter). In good shape and functional.

Bathroom Location and Style:: Center bath with separate shower. The fixtures are original and work fine. The toilet was replaced a few months ago with a new Dometic (same model as original). The shower door was removed and replaced with a shower curtain. The bath vent fans are functional but original.

Sleeping Areas?: Sleeps 4 comfortably, could sleep 6. Queen bed, dinette sleeps two small people, couch sleeps two small people.

Mattress and Sleeping Surfaces:: Good condition, comfortable to sleep. Queen has brand new memory foam mattress.

Interior Soft Surfaces: – Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:: White leather, original. Very good condition. No tears or marks.

Curtains and Blinds: : Upgraded blackout curtains. Also sunshade pull down blinds. All operable. The sink side blind shows signs of wear.

Interior Walls: : Original aluminum interior, very clean.

Cabinets, Doors and Counters: : All original, no replacements, all functional. Some minor signs of wear on inside of cabinets.

Floor Coverings:: Original lino.

Stove and Oven:: Electric wolf mini oven. Three gas burner stove.

Refrigerator:: 3-way fridge works great. Not sure of make and model.

Furnace / Space Heater:: Forced air gas, serviced less than a year ago.

Other Appliances:: Backup camera, two flat screen tv’s
