Purchased to use as an office but vocation changed and it has never been used by us. We took it to All Seasons RV in Wenatchee, WA had them go through it last fall and winterize it. Honestly I have not even read the owners manual to see how things work. I took it from the house to All Seasons and back a total of 70 mile and that is all the use it has had. All Seasons RV checked it out top to bottom replaced the bath shower and sink faucets. Put new batteries check out all functions added extensions to the stabilizers for easier access and installed a soft start on the AC unit. Looks like new previous owner only used it once found it to be larger than he wanted and the couple before used very very little to my understanding due to health reasons.
