Custom Grand Lounge Upgrade by Ultimate Airstreams

One of the standout features of this Flying Cloud is the professional Grand Lounge conversion by Ultimate Airstreams in Portland, Oregon. The traditional dinette has been transformed into a luxurious U-shaped lounge area with a gas-piston table that seats four, converts into a double bed, or reconfigures for lounging. The sturdy table and ultra-comfy ultraleather seating offer a major comfort upgrade, with added storage underneath. The sofa area was converted into a sleek Wilsonart laminate countertop with cabinets and drawers, including dedicated storage for the included Zipdee folding chairs.

Front Bedroom + Mid Bath Layout

The front bedroom features a Sleep Number RV Queen mattress (new in 2018) on an extended platform for added comfort and length, complete with a padded headboard and blackout shades for privacy. A folding curtain separates the bedroom from the main cabin. In the center of the trailer, you’ll find a practical split bath with a shower and seat on one side and a vanity with sink and upgraded Dometic ceramic toilet on the other. All bathroom fixtures are in excellent condition, with upgraded hinges on the medicine cabinet for smoother use.

Excellent Condition Inside and Out

This Flying Cloud is in very good to excellent condition. The aluminum exterior is dent-free with only light brush marks and minor gravel guard dings. The awnings (three ZipDee manual awnings) are fully functional with fabric in excellent shape. Inside, the Wilsonart laminate countertops and ultraleather upholstery show minimal wear. The flooring is original woodgrain vinyl with a few small plugs from cabinet modifications, and an aluminum threshold was added for easier cleaning at the entry. All window coverings have been upgraded to modern pull-down shades.
