When did you purchase?

Ownership History:

First owner lived in California, although the trailer may have been purchased in the midwest. Second owner lived in New Mexico and had moved to Odessa, Texas when the trailer was sold to us. Previous owner stated he didn’t think the 1st owner traveled much and he took the trailer on only one trip, from New Mexico to Florida. However, we don’t really know. We have made several trips from Colorado to Florida, with an estimate of about 12,000 miles total. We pulled the trailer with a 2016 Ford Exhibition (V-6 Ecoboost). We easily made it over all mountain passes in Colorado.

Why did you select this model?

We wanted to upgrade over our previous 24′ model

Why are you selling?

We have not been using the trailer much and don’t plan to camp in our later years.

Exterior Condition Description:

Exterior condition is very good. This trailer has not been in any accident that I know off. The rock shield in front has done it’s job and taken some hits, but it is not terrible. See photos. It has been stored by us under cover except when camping. It was reported upon our purchase that the previous owners kept it inside a shop or under cover when parked.

All the panels are original. One small scrape on rear streetside caused by backing into brush. One small dent in lower skirt in front. See photos

One roof vent in front compartment that is in good working order. One sky light in front compartment and one in hallway.

There is a separate shower on the curb side. This has a new shower door. There is a new canister on the water supply so no leaks. Center bathroom with full toilet and wash sink. Adequate storage for towels, supplies, etc.

Yes, one dog.

Sleeping Areas:

The rear bedroom has a short queen. We used the fold down dinette when our granddaughter stayed.

Mattress and Sleeping Surfaces:

Mattress is in good condition, about 6 years old.

Interior Soft Surfaces – Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:

Cushions, shades, upholstery is in good condition. No tears.

Curtains and Blinds:

Original blinds are still in place.

Interior Walls:

Original walls are good. The bedroom wall behind the shower was cut by the previous owner to gain access to the water fixture. See photos. We just covered it with a wall hanging. There are no nail holes or other blemishes on the walls.

Cabinets, Doors, and Counters:

All in good condition.

Floor Coverings:

Floors are original laminate that has nothing more than general wear and tear. Good shape.

Stove and Oven:

Gas stove with three burners. Lagasse air fry oven under the kitchen counter.

Refrigerator:

Full-sized Dometic refrigerator and freezer. This will operate on electric, gas or battery

Furnace / Space Heater:

Forced-air gas furnace. It also has heat pump built into the Dometic AC system

Other Appliances:

A backup camera is installed and included with dash mounted screen for tow vehicle

Plumbing – Water Lines, Water Pump:

The water pump has recently been rebuilt. A small leak at the city water connect was also recently repaired. There are no other known leaks.

Hot Water Heater:

Original 6-gallon hot water tank is in good working condition. Works on gas or electric

Air Conditioner:

Two Dometic AC units, each is controlled by a common panel in bedroom. They are each in good working condition. The front unit was serviced in 2021 due to a loose wire.

Electrical Service:

Trailer operates on either 30 amp or 50 amp service. Only one AC unit at a time should be operated if on 30-amp service, otherwise a breaker will be blown.

Solar / Batteries / Invertor / Converter:

An invertor and a converter are both installed. These have each been replaced during our time of ownership.

Sound System / WiFi / Connectivity:

A Sony FM/AM Digital Media Player and a Blu-Ray Disc Player are installed. Stereo speakers are overhead in front and rear. A Dish satellite is installed on roof. We will transfer registration with Dish at point of sale. Two Sony TVs.

LP / Propane System – Tanks, Hoses, Regulator:

There are two large (30 gals?) propane tanks. Everything is in working condition but the tanks may be near new certification age.
