We are selling our Airstream International Signature Series CCD Edition that we purchased from the original owner on Airstream Classifieds back in October 2016. We were originally looking for a 27′ model, but the additional storage, dedicated clothes closet, separate dining and living areas, and separate shower and bathroom made the 30′ the obvious choice as the extra room makes a world of difference. I’m pricing this 30′ comparable with a 27′ to give the next owner a great deal.

This Airstream International features the desirable/modern CCD interior with espresso cabinets and Oyster full supple leather seating surfaces in excellent condition. The original owner purchased/serviced the Airstream with well known dealer, Colonial Airstream. We are the 2nd owners and have used the Airstream sparingly for 2 cross country trips and 2 local trips but are not using it anymore as our sons have grown. This Airstream sleeps four people total between the master bedroom, dinette bed, and sofa. There is no damage to the espresso cabinets, only dust in the pictures because we haven’t performed our Spring cleaning of the interior yet.

The prior owner took meticulous care of the Airstream and we have tried to do the same. In 2017, we added new tires, new stereo receiver, and new Dometic A/C unit with heat pump. We replaced the fresh water tank in 2018, and replaced the grey water tank and fresh water inlet in 2021 due to the Texas freeze . We’ve kept the Airstream under a cover to minimize sun exposure, applied Walbernize polish annually, and used water softener and filters to protect plumbing against hard water. We also had a gas line “T” fitting installed with valve to allow a hard gas line to be connected as to not drain the dual propane tanks. The prior owner upgraded the mattress to a premium foam style from Rocky Mountain Mattress. All of the awnings are in excellent condition with no unsightly fading and are a modern chocolate brown and tan design to match the espresso interior cabinets. Lots of maintenance spares included with the sale and a Blue Ox tow system with 2 adjustable hitch shanks. I’m also including a pair of outdoor Battery Tenders that we use to keep the dual Interstate deep cycle batteries properly charged when parked.

The layout is amazing, including the kitchen, clothes closet, and shower on the left side of the galley walkway leading into the master bedroom. On the right side is the dinette, TV, refrigerator, and private bathroom. The front of the Airstream includes the L shaped leather sectional sofa that 1 person can sleep on. The back of the Airstream is where the private bedroom with privacy curtain is located. A second privacy curtain separates the bedroom from the kitchen/living area so that you can get out of the shower and walk across to the bathroom in private.

A few imperfections include a few small dents from one of the main awning supports not being fully secured from prior owner see picture . The chrome adhesive trim is peeling, but we have a new role(s) for replacement. No dents or damage to the Airstream and more pictures are available on request.
