Second owner and purchased from Woodland Airstream in January 2021. It was stored in a covered/air-conditioned warehouse from the date of purchase until July 2021, only seven months of use since it was completely gone through by Woodland. Just about 600 miles traveled since then. Non-smoker, all original equipment, and everything is in working order. Tires in excellent shape/good tread. Zip-Dee awning is like new. Dual large propane tanks. Interior includes ultra-soft leather seating in excellent condition, Corian countertops w/flip up for extra counter space, deep sink, Kohler faucets, 3 top gas stove, convection oven/microwave, seven cu.ft. Dual fuel (gas/electric) refrigerator/freezer, separate bathroom/standing shower, queen size bed, gas/electric water heater, two Samsung HD TVs, digital antenna, DVD player, and Sony surround sound stereo system with Bluetooth and satellite radio. Sleeps 4 comfortably. 2 small soft spots on the rear floor from previous owner (under the dining table, adjacent to the back skin); Woodland Airstream fully inspected and gave all-clear before resale. Zero issues or leaks under my ownership.
All accessories transfer and ready for immediate camping: Curt weight distribution system, hoses, 55-amp converter, surge protector, chocks, accent rug and pillows, electrical cords, outdoor patio lights.
