Very little use. The restroom and shower has never been used. I was purchased to make trips to the Oregon desert and has been taken out fewer than a dozen times. Stored under outdoor awning attached to house. Mattress still has original plastic cover.
Has air conditioner, sound system, external awning and rain sensing hatches.
