Brew a fresh cup of coffee or cook a three course meal in the fully equipped kitchen (all cookware (french press too!) included) with THREE gas burners, a microwave/convection oven, deep sink, large refrigerator and freezer, pull-out pantry, and tons of kitchen storage space. Enjoy breakfast while sunlight floods the space through skylights and Airstream’s signature tinted wraparound AND top-side windows. The light, custom-painted interior with gold accents and airy blue patterns makes every morning feel cheerful and bright.

The main cabin area can fit several people comfortable with a wraparound couch, a dinette unit, and plenty of counter space for cooking and entertaining. The couch can convert into a twin sized bed (or just giant couch) and the dinette can fold down into another small bed. The middle of the rig houses a two-door closet upgraded with it’s own lighting and full length mirrors on the outside of the doors, a separate shower unit with a bench, and a cozy bathroom with upgraded toilet in 2023, upgraded full wall mirror, added towel hooks and tons of storage space. The middle area can be closed off on both side from the main cabin and the bedroom for privacy. The rear of the rig is the queen bed bedroom with tinted windows on all sides, shelf nooks and power outlets on both sides of the bed, and plenty of storage above, below and on either side of the bed. The bedroom TV and living room TV can be hooked into cable or antenna.

When you’re ready to explore, head out knowing everything you need is at your fingertips. Rinse off after a hike with the outdoor shower, grab your bike from the included additional front-mounted bike rack, or cozy up on rainy days in the spacious living area watching the rain fall down the skylights and the topside windows. Stream a fireplace screensaver with the included additional internet booster, or watch a movie on either of the two TVs for movie nights, complete with a Bluetooth surround sound system. When you’re in the snow and cold you can stay plenty warm with the option of electric heat or blasting propane heat that comes out by the floors and keeps them warm, and when you’re in the summer heat there’s 2 new AC units updated in 2018 that keep the rig refreshingly cool throughout, or when it’s just right out (or cooking becomes especially smoky) just hit a button to turn open the rooftop fan for fresh air.

Roll out the entry-side awning that runs the full length of the rig for sunny days or rainy day shelter, and optionally pull the awnings down over the bedroom and living room windows for extra shade or to keep the rain out when the windows are open.

Storage Galore
With storage above and below the couch, under the dinette table and seats, above, below and on either side of the queen bed, and in cabinets and closets throughout the rig, there’s room for all your essentials—and then some. Outside, you’ll find a lockable compartment great for cleaning supplies, hoses or tools, the bumper opens up for storage, and an included additional front mount bike rack.

Extra Touches
Custom shelving for books or other goodies in the main living area, added hooks just inside the door for your keys, upgraded warm ceiling lighting, fairly lights and colored lights throughout, and a fun, custom-painted, light-filled interior make this Airstream feel like a magical getaway. Included sway bars ensure smooth towing, so your adventures are as effortless as they are memorable. All new bedding and all kitchen cookware, silverware, and dishes are included as well, so you’d be ready for an adventure with no extra effort.

The Other Stuff
There are two smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm, a 50 AMP electric cord (with adapters the rig can also be plugged into 30 amp or regular house electrical with limited electricity use), a 54 gallon freshwater tank in addition to the 38 gallon gray tank and 38 gallon black tank, tank monitor, inverter power system, two batteries, TV antenna, ducted roof system, split thermostat that controls front and back separately, dimmable ceiling lights throughout, screen door, pre-wired for solar power if added, and 60 lb propane gas capacity (two 30 lb tanks).

Gently Loved
This rig has lived in campgrounds in California for the first half of its life, took one cross-country summer road trip and settled in Pennsylvania where it’s been only lightly used each summer since. Gray and black tanks are cleaned after each use, as is entire rig. I loathe the idea of giving The Whistling Kitty up, but I need to downsize to a camper van for traveling to and setting up at art fairs.
