2016 Bambi Airstream 16RB with personality plus, low usage, and lovingly maintained. Wonderfully designed with everything you need to go GLAMPING. You can live quite comfortably in this little silver bullet.

Highlights:

Kitchen: Great size fridge, two burner stove, terrific storage options above and below for dry goods, and I added a toaster oven instead of a microwave – I prefer the head room, and feel that I can cook full meals if the weather is not cooperative for grilling outdoors. I also added two large baskets under the bed for all kitchen storage essentials like pots and pans, tupperware, serving bowls, coffee press etc. The trailer also has an external LP hookup for a portable grill which is also incredibly useful.

Bedroom: I upgraded the bed to a memory foam mattress, added a marine quality liner underneath for airflow to the mattress, custom airstream sheets (2 sets), & custom bedding and pillows. The bedroom is very cozy and lovely to wake up in with the sun streaming through the back window. The airstream offers a privacy screen for the bedroom which is a great option if you have someone sleeping on the front bed.

Bathroom: Just enough space to shower indoors, but I prefer to shower outdoors, and the Bambi has an access panel to feed the shower hose outside. I purchased a special shower head that has a flow control switch, and an outdoor shower pop-up tent (not included but can share the info). It is the best experience to shower outside! I made a custom blind for the bathroom with sunbrella fabric and added a toiletry basket.

Bedroom Closet – Added cubes which make it really easy to pack and gain access to your clothes, with the added bonus of them not flying around when you are moving.

Towing: I have a 2020 Toyota 4Runner and tow without a problem. I have Blue Ox Sway bars which help with stability and are included in the purchase. I also just added a new backup camera a few months ago and am really happy with the upgrade. The Bambi is wired for a brake controller – which I installed in my Toyota. I never had to use it, but would highly recommend you install one and can share the specs on what I purchased.

What I have learned is it takes a lot of time and experience to accumulate the things you need to operate/maintain an Airstream, as well as have it setup so it feels like a home away from home. Hopefully what I am selling it with gives you a leg up. I will share with the new owner my check lists I use before I leave for a trip as well as when I get to a campsite. I can also give a lesson on how to hitch and tow once the purchase is complete.

I am also open to selling my 2020 Toyota 4Runner which has an estimated 24k miles as a bundled sale.
