🚐 Exceptional Exterior
The exterior of this 2016 Airstream International Signature 23D is in excellent condition. Always stored in a heated garage, this Airstream has been detailed and protected annually, ensuring no exterior degradation. Equipped with an exterior diamond plate rear storage box, perfect for sewer hoses and other essentials. Minor imperfections include a small area with scratches next to the street-side awning and a professionally repaired one-inch tear in the skin near the water heater frame. Front stone guards have some rock dents. The original aluminum body panels are in great shape with no filiform damage. All roof vents, skylights, and exterior hatch covers are fully operational. The windows, seals, and operators are in excellent condition, ensuring a cozy and secure environment.

Exterior Condition Description:
Exterior is in Excellent condition. Unit has always been housed in a heated garage when not in use. Unit has been detailed and wabernized at least once a year. No degradation from being housed outside. Exterior Diamond Plate rear storage box (I use it for sewer hoses, etc.) Exceptions: Small area with scratches next to street side awning. Repaired small one inch tear in skin at corner of water heater frame. Tear professional repaired by Luke’s Maintenance & Repair Company (dedicated Airstream specialist). See photos of both. Front stone guards have some rock dents.

All hatch covers and locks in good working order.

Windows, Seals and Operators:
All windows and controllers are in excellent condition with nothing missing.

Entrance Door:
No damage to door, latch or lock. Entrance door, Screen door and keys in good working order. Main door with opaque window and keyed deadbolt.

Awnings:
There are three manual awnings street side, curb side and rear. All awnings in good working order. Fabric shows fading some. Street side and rear fabric in good condition. Curb side awning has one small patch. Repairs were done (11/23) to curb side and street side awnings. Curb side had two bent tension arms repaired and tension adjustments. Street side had one end of the awning rail adjusted tension and travel lock. Lubricated all moving parts.

Front A-Frame Condition:
Front A Frame is great condition. Has a few paint chips but no rust.

Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition:
Rear Bumper and Frame in excellent condition with no damage or rust. Yes structurally sound when standing on it.

Frame Condition:
Frame is in Excellent condition, structurally sound with no rust, weakness or separation.

Sub-Floor:
Sub floor is firm with no gaps or holes.

Belly Pan:
Original belly pan in tact with no damage, loose sections, holes or gaps. No replaced areas. Enclosed & insulated underbelly. Heated and insulated tanks.

Interior Layout and Condition:
This is a 23D layout with bed in back. Interior is well maintained and in great condition. Shower and china toilet are in back as well as round stainless steel sink with cover. Two floor to ceiling closets in back with privacy curtain separating back from front. Cooktop with oven, microwave and 2-way refrigerator are in the middle along with large round stainless steel kitchen sink and Corian counter top. Vinyl flooring throughout. Overhead storage bins with lighting and sliding opaque sliding doors over Dinette, Galley, and Bed. Galley has Bi-fold range cover with range hood, lights and vent. Chrome faucet w/ Pull out /filtered cold water. Pantry storage floor to ceiling w/built in spice rack. Microwave is above refrigerator on street side. Solar gray front panoramic windows with portal window with full close out drapes. Remaining windows have pull roller shades. One shade shows some wear on the edges. Replaced nine interior led ceiling lights. Replaced a galley cabinet latch. Additional storage bins under full length of sleeper sofa plus wooden pull out drawer by dinette near main door.

Dinette Style and Location:
Up front is a 42×76″ laminated dinette with 66×46″ sleeper sofa with Salsa Ultraleather seating surfaces. Two windows above sleeper sofa and one above galley sink. Dinette folds down.

Bathroom Location and Style:
Rear bathroom with separate corner dry bath fiberglass shower, soap dish, towel bar and ring , retractable clothes line with roll away shower door. China Toilet and hinged bath door with w/ opaque portal window. Stainless steel round lavy sink with mirrored medicine cabinet and storage cabinet below sink.

Memory Foam Pillow top original mattress in excellent shape. Front sofa is ultra leather.

Interior Soft Surfaces – Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:
Sofa and dinette bench/cushions are covered in Salsa Ultraleather. Walls and soft surfaces in excellent condition.

Curtains and Blinds:
Orignal curtains and Blinds on all windows and skylight. All in good working condition with one blind showing some fraying on edges. Excellent appearance .

Interior Walls:
Interior walls are bright aluminum finish with no damage or repairs.

Cabinets, Doors, and Counters:
All cabinets/doors are in excellent condition. Galley countertop has some squeaking. Replaced a latch on a galley cabinet door.

Floor Coverings:
Original vinyl floor coverings are in good shape. Floor does show some normal and wear and tear. A good portion of the floor has been covered by a long hallway rug. Floor squeaks in a couple places.

Stove and Oven:
Atwood 3 Burner gas Cooktop w/oven and stainless steel cover for cooktop. All in excellent working order. Oven only used a couple of times. Exterior LP Service port with Quick connect hose adapter fitting.

Refrigerator:
Domestic 5cu ft 2-way Auto Refrigerator (gas and electric ) with freezer.

Furnace / Space Heater:

Atwood 25,000 BTU Forced air gas Furnace w/electronic ignition.
Other Appliances:

Dometic 13,500 BTU Ducted A/C w/ Heat Pump electrical control. Advent Microwave oven. 6 Gallon LP/electric Atwood Water Heater. (2) Fantastic Exhaust Fans w/rain sensor. Wall Mount Problems Tank Monitoring system. Fire Extinguisher/Smoke, LPG, Monoxide detectors. Shurflow water pump with by-pass connection.

Plumbing – Water Lines, Water Pump:
Original water lines with no leaks or issues. Replaced water pump which is in good operating condition. Replaced washer seal on intake line to water heater which had a minor leak.

Hot Water Heater:
Original 6 Gallon LP/electric Atwood Water Heater. Water heater support block to installed at factory. Had support block installed and frame reinforced by Luke’s Maintenance and Repair company. The missing block is what caused the one inch skin tear. which was repaired at the same time. Unit includes water heater bypass kit.

Sinks and Taps:
Original stainless steel sinks in excellent working order. No leaks or issues.

Toilet:
Original Thetford Aqua Magic V China Toilet in excellent condition and good working order. Foot pedal flush.

Added Victron battery monitoring system with monitor readout in cabin. 5/21 upgraded converter to Progressive Dynamics 55 Amp Lithium Converter/charger. Original WFCO WF-5100 1000 Watt Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter, Original 100 watt rooftop solar panel package. Installed 12 volt quick connect ports on battery box for exterior solar panels and exterior water pump,..etc.

We bought this unit new in Denver,CO. We have used the unit 2-4 weeks a year since 2015. Travel has been in Colorado, Utah, Arizona and South Dakota. No children or pets. We house the unit in a 36×40′ insulated heated garage when not in use. We have taken good care of the unit and detailed at least once a year.
