Perfectly maintained by the original and only owner, this flying beauty is located in Harrison, Ohio and is ready for a new road companion.

Exterior:
The Airstream has a gleaming aluminum body, adorned with the classic riveted look. It’s been through professional repairs in Jan 2021, making it as good as new. The panels are clear of hail or filiform damage. Minor scratches near awning points and some faded moldings only add character to this timeless beauty.

Hatch Covers, Windows, and Entrance:
All operating smoothly with keys provided for each. The entrance door works perfectly with spare keys for door locks. The windows are all in excellent shape, with seals intact and minimal scratches on the front protective windows.

Awnings:
All original Zip Dee awnings are in excellent shape, ready to provide shade for your outdoor lounging. The awnings are manual and easy to operate.

Frame and Sub-Floor:
The frame is structurally sound, and the sub-floor doesn’t have any soft spots, gaps, or holes. The belly pan is also original, intact, and damage-free.

Interior:

Exterior Condition Description:: Exterior body is generally in excellent condition. Scratch on front storage door, several other minor scratches near main awning support points. A ding in roadside stainless steel hinged body protective panel. There is one piece of missing beltline molding between the entry door and the wheel well. Additionally, some of this molding on the curbside has faded/blistered and a short section needs to be re-adhered at the front of the trailer. Several lower body aluminum panels on the roadside required replacement when the unit grazed a protective support post when pulling away from a gas pump. No frame or structural damage was sustained. The lower aluminum sheets were replaced along with wheel well trim pieces/extrusions, moldings, etc. This repair was performed at the Airstream Factory Service Center in Jan 2021. Looks like new.

Roof Vents and Skylights: : Two Fantastic fans – one in bedroom (rear), one in front of coach above dinette. Exhaust fan in bathroom. Skylight with shade in center hallway.

Exterior Hatch Covers and Locks:: All exterior hatch covers are original and operate properly. Have keys for all. This includes front and rear storage with keyed locks, fresh water cover with lock, outdoor shower panel with lock, refrigerator and water heater covers, rear bumper storage, and battery storage box.

Windows, Seals and Operators: : All windows operate, seal properly, and are free of damage. Some minor scratches on front plastic protective windows (that protect front wraparound window glass).

Entrance Door: : Entrance door and door latch operate properly. Multiple keys for door locks.

Awnings – Location and Condition:: Original Zip Dee awnings – all fabric in excellent condition other than a few minor spots of sap topside. Small awnings on rear window and road side of unit. Large awning on door side. All awnings are manual and operate properly.

Front A-Frame Condition:: No damage. Some very minor surface rust.

Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition:: Rear chrome bumper is in very good condition – no rust. Rear bumper storage in good shape and structurally sound.

Frame Condition:: Frame is structurally sound. Minor surface rust at most.

Sub Floor:: No soft spots, gaps, or holes in sub-floor. Some floor squeaks in some areas.

Belly Pan: : Belly pan is original and intact. No damaged/loose sections, holes, or gaps.

Interior Layout and Condition:: Door is near front of unit. Entering through the door the large u-shaped dinette that converts into a queen size bed is to the right at the front of the unit. The kitchen is straight ahead on the far (road) side of the unit with counterspace between the sink and the stove/oven. Moving toward the rear on the kitchen side is a pullout pantry that includes the microwave on one shelf, the refrigerator/freezer, and then a large closet adjacent to the bedroom. Turning left and heading down the hallway, the self-contained (non-split) bathroom is on the left in the center of the coach on the curb side. The bedroom is in the rear. There is ample storage throughout the unit. The overall condition of the interior is excellent.

Dinette Style and Location:: Large u-shaped dinette that converts into a queen size bed is at the front of the unit. The tabletop is laminate and is supported by two pedestals. The pedestals are easily removed to convert the dinette into a queen sized bed.

Bathroom Location and Style:: The bathroom is self-contained (not split). It is in the center of the coach on the curb side. It has a nice size shower with a fiberglass surround including a seat. There is a light in the shower. A tensioned roll-up translucent panel serves as the shower door. There is a sink/vanity with a laminate countertop, a mirror, medicine cabinet storage, and toilet with added bidet. The bathroom has an exhaust fan

Pets? : No pets ever

Sleeping Areas?: Total sleeping capacity is 4. If you have 3 small children they may all be able to sleep on the queen-sized dinette sleep area in the front of the unit (upping the sleeping capacity to 5). The rear bedroom features an east-west full-size queen bed (converted from a short-queen). We had a Sleep Number mattress which is moving to our new trailer. There is a new-in-the-box Linenspa Spring and Memory Foam mattress that comes with the unit. There is storage under the bed. Some storage can be accessed without lifting the bed up. There is a triangular-shaped dresser with 2 drawers and overhead storage at the rear of the unit above the windows. Each side of the bed has electric and USB outlets.

Mattress and Sleeping Surfaces:: The dinette cushions convert to a flat surface, are in excellent shape, and are comfortable.

Interior Soft Surfaces: – Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:: The only upholstery are the original leather dinette cushions which are in excellent shape.

Curtains and Blinds: : There are roller shades for all the awning or fixed windows along the sides of the coach. The small fixed upper windows in the dinette area and the skylight have pleated sunshades. There are wraparound drapes (on tracks) at the front and rear wraparound windows. These panels are are in several sections and velcro together to close. Blackout panels were added to the wraparound drapes in the bedroom. All blinds/shades/drapes are original (other the the blackout modification) and are in excellent shape.

Interior Walls: : Interior aluminum walls and ceiling are very good shape. There is a rub mark on the aluminum above/near the kitchen sink from a hanging metal fruit basket. There are also some scratches on the aluminum walls at the rear and far side of the bed. There are some missing interior rivets. The interior laminate walls are in excellent shape – no damage. Typically command strips were used so there are only a couple of small holes from fasteners. There is a magnet board we left screwed to the hallway wall.

Cabinets, Doors and Counters: : Cabinetry (including doors and drawers) is in excellent shape. European hinges on all. All laminate countertops were replaced because we did not like the dark green glossy laminate that came from the factory. The new laminate looks similar to quartz and has exposed plywood edges. We converted the dinette to a single tabletop. We did not like the split table for playing games on and always used both sections. If a split tabletop is desired, the existing top could be cut and the edges routed. A book/tablet/laptop shelf was added below the front overhead storage cabinets. Also a side panel was added to keep the curbside dinette cushion in place better. These additions are both from birch plywood and match the existing interior laminate very closely.

Floor Coverings:: The floor is the original vinyl and is in excellent condition.

Stove and Oven:: 3 burner propane range. Spark ignition for burners. Stainless fold-down cover for burners when not in use and stainless oven door. Oven location at one end of kitchen countertop.

Refrigerator:: 2-way (propane or shore power) 7 cu ft Dometic refrigerator/freezer.

Furnace / Space Heater:: 25,000 BTU gas forced-air ducted furnace.

Other Appliances:: Microwave included. Located in pull-out pantry. Furrion backup camera/dash monitor included. Note: Camera clarity is not as good as it used to be).

Plumbing – Water Lines, Water Pump:: Plumbing is original pex. Added a bidet to the toilet by tapping off the bathroom sink (hot and cold). Original water pump runs off battery or shore power and operates without any issues. No known past or present issues.

Hot Water Heater:: Original 6 gallon water heater w/ electronic ignition. Operates on propane or shore power (or both).

Sinks and Taps: : Stainless steel kitchen and bathroom sinks are original and in excellent condition. Both faucets have been upgraded. No leaks or known issues.

Toilet:: Original macerating toilet. No issues. Hot/cold water bidet was added.

Water Leaks? Water Damage? Mold or Mildew:: No known or visible water leaks past or present. No evidence or mold or mildew.

Fresh Water Tank:: Original – 39 gallon.

Gray Water Tank: Original – 37 gallon.

Black Water Tank:: Original – 39 gallon.

Exterior Water and Sewer Connections:: Single sewer connection. Black and gray vales operate properly. No leaks in pipes. Black tank has hose inlet for spray cleanout. City water connection is fully operational and contains built-in pressure regulator. Fresh water fill has locking access door. All in good shape. Never any issues

Air Conditioner:: Original Quietstream 15,000 BTU A/C with heat pump, ducted. Digital thermostat.

Electrical Service:: 30 amp electrical service with two connection points – one on rear road side and one on front road side. Locking 30 amps power cord. Upgraded converter – Progressive Dynamics 55 amp 4-state converter/charger. Unit has 1000 amp inverter than powers some interior outlets (TV) while on battery power.

Solar / Batteries / Inverter / Converter:: 2 Interstate 12V Group 24 deep cycle batteries – new in 4/2021.

Sound System / WiFi / Connectivity:: Factory Clarion AM/FM/CD/USB/Bluetooth head unit with (4) speakers and sub-woofer. (2) speakers under dinette overhead storage and (2) speakers under bedroom overhead storage.

LP / Propane System – Tanks, Hoses, Regulator:: 2-30 gallon propane cylinders (with stainless steel cover) with current certifications.
