2016 Flying Cloud 30 Twin modified to include queen AND extra bunk! This unit is in great condition and sleeps seven! We modified the original twin and sofa setup so that we could RV with our family of seven in a beautiful Airstream. Huge bonus is that you can sleep five without even having to fold down the dinette (which sleeps an extra 2). This is our baby and we are sad to sell, but with the kids no longer homeschooled, we don’t have the flexibility that we once did. We’ve made some improvements and modifications listed below. Improvements and/or Modifications:
· Removed the sofa and replaced with a queen-sized bed (see storage compartment beneath bed also to maximize use of space).
· Added bunk bed/shelf in the back above the twin beds (For size reference, our 15-year-old son can still fit when we camp. This shelf can be used for storage also).
· Installed Micro-Air Easy Start 364 on both Dometic AC units (minimizes startup voltage needed so that they can run solely off of a generator).
· Installed Dexter Torflex Axle Lift Kit, which raises the trailer 2-7/8″ higher than standard (gives peace of mind when navigating uneven roads, remote locations, and non-standard setups at gas stations/RV parks).
· New tires installed in April 2022.
· Roof re-seal in June 2022.
· New running lights installed in August 2023.
· New 5000lb jack installed in August 2023 (Stromberg Carlson).

*Airstream has always been stored indoors when not in use for the fall/winter.
