9-24-23: Lowered Price to equal consignment offer: We took the RV to the Airstream dealer in Gainesville/ Alachua, FL Blue Compass RV to have the awning motor replaced and requested a full Dealer 50-point inspection. The 50-point inspection covers all electrical 110V and 12V circuits, house batteries, TV operational, converter and invertor exhaust fans, smoke detectors and microwave. Exterior including frame, chassis, brakes, roof, windows, exterior lighting, seals, tongue and jack. All appliances were tested with heating system LP gas tested and inspected. Stove, refrigerator and hot water heater and Plumbing inspected for leaks, toilet operation, city water intake valve, all drain cocks and shut off valves inspected.
The inspection revealed the smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector were out of date and replaced. The front and rear AC units had the coils cleaned and filters replaced. The tires were identified out of date (not replaced), so we added a discount for the tires being dated.
The awning motor replacement and the dealer 50-point inspection cost was $2,496.76. The RV was appraised at 93K on 8-4-23 by Blue Compass RV. We lowered the asking price to $87K to replace tires $4K and 2K and discounted $2,000 for stains on flooring. The original owner installed carpet and used glue to hold down the carpet. We removed the carpet and installed throw rugs.
We purchased this unit used in Sept 2021 from the original owner. Copy of the factory build sheet included. Two roof top AC units recently serviced. The unit is ready to put on the road. Included with the RV is a MO-FI Internet / TN network WWW.mofinetwork.com to connect 4GXX Boost and extended range finder with a motorized lift + lay-down mount on top (you have to purchase the service like any other provider but it’s installed). It comes with a Pro-Pride 3 P Hitch (watch pro-pride hitch video on line). This is the best towing experience I’ve ever had and total cost $4,000 included.
The unit is stored inside an insulated shelter when not in use. It has a power reclining leather sofa with duel electric fold our recliners with a fold down table in the middle. The twin beds have power tilt beds with plenty of storage over and under the beds and an additional cedar lined wardrobe in the hallway with a security safe. The table can be lowered and covered with cushions (included) to sleep children. We have videos available inside and roof top (we can only post one video in the ad). I can e-mail the other videos per your request and extra pictures if needed. The price is negotiable and we will consider all offers. Nothing wrong with the RV zero issues (we know of). We’re selling simply to do a move in another direction.
